Conversation Starter 25. When I married a couple years ago I finally stopped pulling them out
Only a couple of people have been brave enough to point it out but I honestly feel like this has to be the first thing people see

Looks like you have a silver streak in 1 spot (which is generally thought of as a ācoolā look) and lovely thick hair !

What am I seeing? I think you have beautiful thick hair.
I also do the same and stress pick. Itās an ocd and bi polar related issue for me annnnd maybe some anxiety, lol. Anyways Iām glad things have turned around for you and youāve moved past that stage in your life where youāre now happier and have more control over your internal thoughts. You are lovely in my eyes.

21 here and I already have a few myself! To be honest I've always loved them and was so excited when I got my first ones! My mom said she was dyeing her hair at 16 because her genes made it she was getting white hairs since she was 10, I've always been jealous I didn't inherit it. At 48, she has a full head of white hairs, and I believe it looks gorgeous! But she still dyes it, I've only seen her with all white hair once or twice. I personally begged her not to dye it, but she doesn't like it as much as I do:(

I was in my early 20ās too when I started getting grey hairs. They look great.

Looks good! When I retired 4 years ago I gave up coloring my hair and was very surprised that I love it. I say, rock on. A friend in high school had a lot of gray streaks and she was 16. It's genetic

It's beautiful and don't ever color it, you'll regret it for sure when you get in your 40's! Your hair (and you!) will be so much healthier if you don't use hair dye.
I'm speaking from first hand knowledge and I adore my salt and pepper hair! And my "salt" is all kinds of different colors. Gray, silver, almost white and a lot of strands are gray, then my natural color dark, dark brown (black when wet) then gray then brown. It's like that particular strand of hair shows the color is pestering out in that area. It's wild. Nature is awesome. Your hair is beautiful!
Anyone says anything about it just say "Gray is a color, not a number!" I had gray hairs starting in high school-age 15.

Pfft, you hardly have any! Iām 47F and letting mine grey naturally. I started a new job recently and one of my new colleagues thought I had paid to have nice looking foils in my hair. She was genuinely surprised when I said itās my natural colour with grey throughout. Apparently it looks good!

Not sure why this was downvoted. Supplementing with copper and zinc is something worth looking further into.

I think it was probably the āpleaseā added to the end.
(I didnāt downvote, though!)
