Wait what are they talking about when it's censored? The version I listened to just has them talking about flashing the Loch Ness Mosnter

"Thats the real name of a principal, we cant- we gotta cut that" thats literally the line that follows and is your answer. From context i believe hes saying his old principal used to put his little tinkle up into his waistband when he got hard. Jeff is just saying it repeatedly.
