What TF kind of nonsense did they do to get banned? Thats the real story here.

They are probably doing Fluff and Fold not associated with the laundromat. It’s usually ok because it’s a win/win. However, sometimes they basically take over the place and hog all the machines pissing off regular customers.

Fluff and fold?

They do your laundry for a fee (kind of like dry cleaning, you drop the clothes off with them and get them back cleaned and folded), Washing drying and folding. Like the last person said, it becomes problematic when they are using up all the machines.

Where I’m at, lots of the chains offer in-house fluff and fold, some official some not. The others are kinda like Instacart for laundry. They swing by , pick it up, fluff and fold and return it. Even if you have a washer and dryer at home, you should treat yourself one day! Drop them off on your way to work and pick up after! They do a great job, and the soap they use smells amazing.

I bet. They've gotta have a kick ass service because alot of people use them

I bet that’s not what happened at all.

u/Cowfootstew 2d ago

What's your hypothesis?

3

u/hissyfit64 3d ago

And what is so special about this laundromat that you would care that much about being banned?

5

u/BraboBaggins 4d ago

Stealing peoples clothes

u/Constant-Anteater-58 3d ago

Who cares? A business can ban you for any reason as long as it’s not discrimination.

Me work sounded like we work

The dude was calm for as long as he could. Everyone has a limit and then pop!

2

u/Cowfootstew 4d ago

And then the post nut clarity kicks in.

damn that 'uppercut' was lethal

When the red slappers arrive, it's game on

1

u/aynjle89 3d ago

As far as I could tell, they were given her the light work

18

u/PathComplex 4d ago

I've never stayed anywhere longer than I've been asked to leave.

-2

u/Independent_Work6 4d ago

You were asked to leave?🤣

Finally. I've always wished female bystanders would throw hands when a woman starts hitting a guy whose moral code prohibits him from hitting her back. 😆

I see a band forming .... Laundro-Matt and the Red Slappers.

All that trouble and copping a few knocks just to use a fucking laundromat. Surely, there's another one close enough to use instead.

u/Cowfootstew 4d ago

Maybe it was about the principal of the MFer...?

u/rts93 4d ago

You really are going places with your life if you're banned from a... laundromat.

I lived in Oakland for a few years, seen a lot of poverty and a lot of ghetto shit, from bulletproof glass at the Chinese food restaurant and lil ceasars to 24 hour check cashing stores, but I never seen security at a fuckin laundromat 🤣🤣🤣

22

u/BADoVLAD 4d ago

Are we just ignoring the idea that a fuckin laundromat has bouncers?

10

u/SpotCreepy4570 3d ago

Lots of cash money in there.

4

u/BADoVLAD 3d ago

Yeah, that's fair, I hadn't considered that. Just seems more than a little bit bizarre that one of the most mundane chores in existence has security I guess.

22

u/FraggleRock_ 4d ago

It's a laundromat likely on the South or West side of Chicago. Do you need further clarification?

Why TF does it matter that he’s from Venezuela?

36

u/Warm-Style-1747 4d ago

They’ve gotta push the propaganda narrative.

2

u/Background_Value9869 4d ago

Why do you think

-6

u/probablyaythrowaway 3d ago

Because they’re racists?

-4

u/LongingForYesterweek 3d ago

I believe the term is xenophobe

2

u/Background_Value9869 3d ago

Peanut butter and jelly

1

u/ColdLamper7 4d ago

Reas above

-9

u/RedBaret 4d ago

The US is racist as fuck and wants to deport these people or see them in pain. It’s disgusting.

-26

u/DoktorPauk 4d ago

If a pitbull bites a kid on a playground, why is it said that it's a pitbull instead of just "a dog"?

14

u/RedBaret 4d ago

Are you seriously comparing humans from different countries to dog breeds? You are the problem which the OP is wondering about.

-15

u/DoktorPauk 4d ago edited 4d ago

I'm not comparing anything.. I just want to say that there is such a thing as reputation.. For example, if "a man stubbed people" somewhere in Europe, I want to know where is this man from, what is his cultural background that produces such crap.. And I'll be aware of the people with similar background in the future.. That's how reputation works.. People want to know full context!

6

u/LordBlueSky 3d ago

Yeah sure, as if you were interested in the particular way he was raised. You only stop at the country, or even just at the general location.

-5

u/DoktorPauk 3d ago

If you had to choose a country to live in, which would you prefer - Somalia or Italy? And why? You'll probably say that all countries are created equal, so there is no difference.. :)

6

u/LordBlueSky 3d ago edited 3d ago

Literally what's the point of the question? That Italy is a better country to live in? Sure it is, and?

My point is you don't care about context, you only care if the person is from another country so you can think "ha! They're violent". But that's no context at all, a country is a HUGE place where a LOT of people live, if you truly cared about context then at least you would also ask for the state, city and even district he's from. And that's just geographical information, if you cared about context there's a lot of more important questions to be made.

Just think about what happens when a native-born commits a crime, does knowing he was born in the country is enough context? Of course not

u/SnooHedgehogs8765 4d ago

People just commenting randomly about the incident, trying to offer insightful opinions... I'm just here wondering 'wait, what, security at a laundromat'?

I kinda think if you need security at a laundromat, whatever excuse you need as a society is pretty bad.

5

u/cracky_Jack 3d ago

Is the fact that he is an immigrant relevant? Wouldn't this post work just as well if it were titled "Man who was allegedly banned...?"

1

u/PoopieButt317 1d ago

Yeah, story unknown. Just the end. For all we know all his worldly clothes possessions are in the washer. I know some laundromats kick you out for too muddy work clothes.

2

u/callmesnake13 4d ago

I like the red ladies coming in all Marvel vs. Capcom

2

u/MellowDCC 3d ago

Dude that left jab that took dude down was fast as fuck

7

u/Markgulfcoast 4d ago

What is it with this with "Venezuelan immigrant" shit. I don't need to know his nationality to think he is a jackass.

-4

u/DoktorPauk 3d ago

Why don't you need to know that? Isn't it better to know than not know?

2

u/fatpermaloser 4d ago

can't he just use a different laundromat? I usually use those unmanned laundromats so it's weird for me to see someone get banned from one.

1

u/nlamber5 3d ago

Why is it ‘allegedly’ that just a matter of fact.

1

u/The_G0vernator 3d ago

Don't come here if you can't act right.

1

u/Low_Presentation8149 4d ago

Why a laudromat? I can see getting thrown out of a bar but really...

1

u/Tigrexify 4d ago

Goddamn I love some Girl on Girl action. You know times up when the overhead slaps are raining down.

1

u/LD902 3d ago

entitled fucks...

how bad do you got to fuck up to get kicked out of a laundromat

0

u/MikeTheLaborer 3d ago

Security at a laundromat? Must be the shittiest neighborhood in America (and I’m from the Bronx)!

-1

u/themagicb 3d ago

DEPORT!

0

u/PoopieButt317 1d ago

Wow. Americans would be the first to go, then.

1

u/themagicb 1d ago

No, illegals that don't belong in the United States will go.

-1

u/PewPewMcLovin 3d ago

Security guard will probably loose his job and business will be sued and lose. Welcome to America
