Design Job 3 inch mechanical core chuck CAD model
I am trying to find the CAD model for the mechanical core chuck with the provision of pass through shaft, which can hold 3 inch paper core. I have a small business of laminating paper with polyester. The machines that I have is very primitive. It gives lots of issues because of the core slippage and takes lots of time to set the core at desired location.
I did find some companies online that sell those but they are in other countries and I can not import these parts. I was wondering if I could get the design I can probably get them made locally for our machine.
Here is the one example to understand the usecase. https://youtu.be/Bydylw-OL_U?feature=shared
Any help is really appreciated.
Thank you.

Are you looking for someone to reverse engineer the cores you already have? That's more of a product engineer wheel house . Plenty of them lurk in this subreddit, but it's not really a main focus of industrial design.
It's definitely going to be cheaper to import whatever you've found rather than pay someone to reverse engineer it and then pay someone else to manufacture from their drawing. If you're determined to have someone build a CAD model for you I can throw my hat in the ring. DM and we can work out details (if that's the route you'd like to take)
