House fire lost everything

Hello, my mother and her boyfriends home just got burnt down due to an electrical fire starting in the very early morning of the 31st. Them and the kids lost all of their clothes and other various items due to either being directly burnt or just terribly damaged by smoke or soot. I am jsut looking to help them get back anything I can! Whether you can donate or share the link it would help! house fire

Doesn’t insurance cover house fires?

They only cover certain things and only up to a certain amount unfortunately. They are dragging their feet and already said none of my mother’s belongings among other things will absolutely not be covered… it’s mainly to rebuild the home not replace belongings. It’s an unfortunate situation. In this case my mother lost all of her clothes so did the kids due to smoke damage and soot.

This is what the insurance company said I don’t know. It wasn’t my home it was my mother’s place… I’m just trying to help raise the funds to replace their clothes.
