We have so much terrible things going on in the world daily, it's nice to see some good and regardless of why it was done that kid got $20 and feels good about himself. Though I would blur out the kid's face as he might have not consented or his parents

these people just love to be miserable for whatever reason.

the extra exposure earned them $14K+ thanks to it being shared - people have got to stop assuming bad intentions just because it was on camera.

I'm not going to sit here and argue that this video is bad but people think like this for a reason and it's not because they are miserable. There have been very public and even criminal cases where people have recorded themselves doing good deeds just to gain money or publicity.
