Nah there’s def a larger than we think group of people that would say something like “should’ve thought of that before you wore such a short skirt” or some dumb shit.

Genuine question, why would someone wear something like this if they know it revealing and cans sit without flashing the people in front?

Why would a woman... wear a skirt? crazy.

Maybe she didnt' realise the stage would be higher than the audience such that the audience and/or cameras might get an upskirt shot. or she just knows that she should be careful when standing up and so... was?
