I remember the street dogs would cozy up to you at the outdoor restaurants in Colombia. They were living the good life, cuz when I tried to give him a fry, he turned away and kept begging for the meat on my plate lmfao boy was a beggar and a chooser

As much as this dog may be stray, it is no stranger to human touch. True strays wouldn’t want to let you near them, only hover until they could scavenge some food
