The answer is simple.
I no longer have a sister.

Ask her first if this was her decision and it isn't due to a threat or mind control(via item/spell confirmation). If so then ask her if she regrets her action? If still so a painless swift death. (She's willing to die for him despite knowing his true nature.)
If you're a young master of a sect then. The sister will be given a proper burial. A cover-up story will be fabricated which shifts all the blame towards the boyfriend's faction. A fake one will be prepared to be executed in public while the real one will be tormented for making you commit such action towards your sister. Loyal subordinates will be entrusted for a full clean up.
The problem is solved, the young master's reputation is maintained and the revenge is secured.

If the betrayal was willing and knowing, I would have lost my sister. But that would be too sad, so factory resetting her memories before the betrayal is the path that lets me keep it all. The sister which betrayed me is dead and gone, and the sister who didnt is still with me.
The boyfriend is most likely dead, noth because I killed them, because if I kept cultivation secrets from them its because its the kind of training that can easily kill the user or cause mental derangement, my preffered kind of training. And the fool will most likely try them, sorting out the problem by itself.
