Advice Wanted Completely stressed and lost.

Honestly so confused don’t know what to do. Who to see. Feel like giving up..

For years I’ve been suffering with suspected epididymitis, bladder pain, penis pain and feeling of inflammation all around my body. All my urine test come back negative

I have done a gi map extremely high klebsiella.

I have done sibo test extremely high Hydrogen positive .

I have constant brain fog my irons borderline low I have low red blood count.

I have severe LPR reflux which I’m certain is sibo causing it.

How on earth do you deal with all this at once? I have kidney disease as well so I have been told not to use herbal medications. Because how bad things got I did try them no result.

I have been put on so many antibiotics over the last years which I’m certain has made it all worse. As well as ppis for 5 years also making it worse.

My kidney disease is autoimmune iga nephropathy. Meaning the antibody iga attacks my kidney. I feel like it’s getting so much worse with the gut issues .

I’ve seen several gastroenterologists not a single one helped. I’ve seen at least 5 urologists no helped. Last one said Chronic prostatitis and left it at that.

I spend hours a night on google trying to find a solution or even where to start I just don’t know how to deal with it anymore it’s ruined the last 4 years of my life and I’ve gotten no where

I’m pretty sure it’s all connected . I want to tackle the klebsiella but in my situation How on earth does someone deal with all this at once . I just need someone to tell me how to even start

Thank you. Because there’s so much going on I’m just not getting any help. Plus the uk doctors are so against anything to do with gut health and sibo etc. if it doesn’t come up in basic tests there not interested. It’s like hitting one wall after another

You might try a registered dietitian, preferably one who has a functional approach. They can help you sort out the gut issues and also check your nutrient profile. You could have some vitamin/mineral deficiencies. There are plenty of dietitian directories online. Choose a few that deal in your issues. Most take insurance and offer a free 10-minute consultation. Most also work virtually, giving you a wider range to choose from. Registered dietitians have more formal training in medical issues than naturopathic dietitians. Stay away from folks who seem fringy or require you to buy their supplements.

there is a study showing that the bacteria on beards help with bladder etc cluster of pains you describe, actually a form of microbiome

i don't agree with everything the specific carbohydrate diet does, but the theory behind it is basic to understanding the dietary side to handling the gut microbiome

you actually have started, reading around, investigating and trying out things, its all you can do, you now know doctors can't do anything for you

Have you done any allergy testing? With the actual patches. I’ve been trying to spread the word, but this changed everything for me. I have two drneal books, I did the myotocin test, insideTracker, a general MD and three different dermatologist. I’ve taken every single supplement you could possibly imagine the allergy testing and elimination of my allergens changed everything. There’s so many crazy little things on can be allergy to. I’m allergic to nickel, açaí and eggs. Btw The açaí was only discovered via elimination diet. Now I lift weights with gloves and make sure I always have a long sleeve shirt on massive game changer. I’m a swimmer and I was out of the pool for three months because I was so jacked up. I hope some of this helps you.

Maybe try a registered dietitian that specializes in sibo/ autoimmune. GI docs are pretty much only good for prescribing meds and the only naturopath I ever saw was a quack who tried to scare the hell out of me by diagnosing me with a bunch of crap without tests and tried to put me on a bunch of their specific supplements they said I’d have to use most of forever. Only real help I’ve gotten has been from a dietitian.
