This is the mandate. This is why Timmy went out to support Donald on inauguration day.

Could you explain? Wouldn't he not want the tarrifs

IMO Timmy doesn't give a crap if there's tariffs, I actually suspect he wants them. If Iphones go up 20% because of tariffs and the tariffs get removed, iPhones will still cost 20% more or 10% more. Either Apple will make billions more. Also, Tim is super rich he will get tax breaks and having favor with trump gets you things from the government, lax regulations, all good for Tim and Apple. Not good for America but him and the rich will get richer.

Not just that, but iPhones cost the same regardless of where on earth, so tarriff hit countries may not give as much profit anymore, or probably even just give the same profit lmao, while non-tarriff struck countries will have to raise their price to make the others competitive.

That's my fear. A lot of goods went up 3 years ago and even though inflation flattened out they found that people still pay the higher prices so they kept them high.

The inflation of one year is the standard price of the next.

I don’t agree with the take that tariffs will leave companies like Apple unaffected. With the higher costs, people will be more reluctant to purchase, leading to lowering demand, and thus lowering sales.

Hell, I’m putting a 50% tariff on them. You want these thoughts and prayers, you’re going to pay for them.

They can afford the hit. They're not losing anything.

Tim, how does the 1 mil donation to Trump's inauguration pay off so far?
