They're more expensive but it's hard to eat more than a couple pieces of dark chocolate 90+%. I've been doing that the last 8 months as my regular sweet.

Yup. And it effectively reduces your caloric intake just because you're eating less that way, too.

I love dark chocolate, but how does that replace sweet cravings?

Dark chocolate is nowhere near sweet

Depends on how dark. If you are cutting out sugar, believe me, it tastes sweet.

I guess i just have too much of a sweet taste to ever completely cut sugar best i currently do is just get a treat once a week

try 95%. It's hard to eat 1 piece.

Yeah I actually just bought a 95%. I like the 90% more and I only eat a piece or 2 at a time so I'll probably just end up sticking with that.
