Holy shit does this have to be every single Reddit thread?
"BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FAT WOMENZ???"
Shut the fuck up Jesus fucking Christ.
4 u/HenSenPrincess Jan 08 '20 Yeah. Fat women can lose weight (yes, even with their medical conditions). Short men can't grow taller. Totally an unfair comparison which is why fat shaming is far more acceptable than height shaming. 1 u/NonBinaryElkHunter Jan 08 '20 Yeah. Fat women can lose weight (yes, even with their medical conditions). That's...actually inaccurate. Certain medical conditions require you to take medicine that literally makes you gain weight, regardless of diet. There's also certain medical conditions that effect hormone production which causes people to not only keep growing, but keep gaining weight. That's not excusing people who do nothing to make themselves healthier, but simply a statement of fact about certain realities. Totally an unfair comparison which is why fat shaming is far more acceptable than height shaming. Shaming is shaming. There are no degrees of shaming. No one form is greater or lesser than the next. 1 u/HenSenPrincess Jan 09 '20 you to take medicine that literally makes you gain weight, regardless of diet. Wow, violating even the laws of thermodynamics? Last I checked everyone loses weight when calories out > calories in. There's also certain medical conditions that effect hormone production which causes people to not only keep growing, but keep gaining weight. They might have lower metabolism but that just means they have to skip an extra cookie. Calories in < calories out and they will lose weight. 1 u/NonBinaryElkHunter Jan 09 '20 The medicine causes you to retain more fat and water genius. You think you're smart, but you're really ignorant in this case. 2 u/NonBinaryElkHunter Jan 08 '20 Well, you seem like a normal, happy, and well-adjusted individual 🙄
