Nail Art My very first nail treatment!
Next week I turn 42 so I decided to try something I've never done before! My first mani pedi 💅🏻☺️ Do my new unicorn vibe nails pass or what!?! I can't get over how cool they look as I relearn to use my fingers lol

Thank you!! 😃💞 I call them unicorn nails, at least that's what I searched on Instagram for the idea😉. The nail tech first glued on extensions, cut and almond shaped them, then jell sculpted tge rest. I was impressed how easy he made it look! For the colour he blended pink and blue with silver cat eye on top. Hopefully that helps!

Very cute!! My recommendation for adapting to nails is use your knuckles for things like light switches, toilet flushing etc. also if you drink cans of anything regularly carry a spoon so you don’t damage your nails trying to open them! it’s definitely a learning curve, but worth it💅🏻 also happy cake day!

For years I’ve complimented other people‘s nails but didn't have any idea just how much adjustment and work they can be. 💯 Appreciate them so much more now than before. I had to google what the apex is, it may be from the weird angle of my thumb on the photo. After reading a bit and looking at it from different angles it seems to be proper. but since this is my first time so I’m no expert that’s for sure, haha. I hope he did them correctly!

I can’t even with the ombré, those colors are beautiful together!! How long will this last? Did you use gel? I imagine with that variation a manicure can stay longer on your nails versus creme.

I’m not one for short nails but I love these. Blue and pink are always a killer color combo. The shape is very satisfying and I love the sculpting (I don’t know the proper term) on the ring fingers.

They look great, and as for learning to use your hands again, I would say that almond is the perfect choice for that. Enjoy tapping things! (I have to tap everything when I get a new set, lol.)
