That's because it is correct. So now a lower court, let alone any judge in the USA has jurisdiction over foreign nations? You really want the USA, i.e., Israel starting to command the President to enforce judges orders overseas? So if a US judge declares that France needs to allow Americans the right keep and bear arms when in France, the President needs to enforce that? Are we sure we want to undo that seal. It's like seal 6, or at least 5.

The US has forced other nations to do shit countless times in history, usually for negative effect.
They have the opportunity to do one fir a good reason, and they’re choosing not to

Fair. But I’m opposed to nations imposing themselves on others as a rule and principle, regardless. So you want America to invade El Salvador now, or ruin their country try and the progress they’ve made by being hard on criminals that terrorize the country?

The US is paying El Salvador so yeah they should be able to get them back. Also, if they can’t get them back then how does that not directly break the constitution? No due process.
