It's actually a good insight into the ricks. People just want to believe shit and no one can tell them otherwise.

This show definitely bought back memories from when I used to watch Oak Island. It's got:

  • Kettle drum induced suspense
  • A whole segment entitled "boots on the ground"
  • The real treasure was: Friendship, Family, The Treasure Hunt Itself, and Adventure
  • Oh yeah there is a real treasure chest filled with gold etc.
  • The Forrest Fenn version of the Oak Island ricks
  • An explosion
  • Another Oakislandism that slipped my mind
  • A really big rock
  • A somewhat unfulfilling ending, well more fulfilling than Oak Island, but still annoying
