Yeah that's nice. Mine was fucked from the get go, and STILL doesn't dock with any dock more than a few times before stopping. 13 days after order they wouldn't refund me, and just had me doing the same troubleshooting garbage over and over. I essentially have a Steam deck looking paperweight.
So I had to do a bunch of troubleshooting bullshit, which took me forever to get through, but at the end of it they were like yea, you're fucked. Send it in.
You should try again. Make sure you tell them that you've been through this, and it'll work, but only for a short while. They can see your previous tickets. They'll know you're being honest. Be really nice. Good luck.
It's been over a year now, so it isn't getting fixed. I gave up dealing with them and just bought an Ally instead. That worked beautifully with every single dock I purchased to try with the steam deck. Sent all the docks back but one, steam deck sits in its case.
I have a PC, I just wanted something to play in bed. My 6 year old is pretty much the only one that uses the steam deck. Now I have a laptop so the Ally is collecting dust now.

I had to replace my Steam Deck. Didn't matter what time I responded with my part of the ticket, I'd have an answer within the hour of the next steps.
