He is a good looking guy - take a look at the headshot. The angle and lighting doesn't look great in the wedding picture. You can't even see the OPs face and she has a lot of make-up on. To make a comment about their looks is mean.
Perhaps reread. I’m stating why I believe HE dislikes the pics — because he feels average compared to his wife. I didn’t imply he was bad looking or anything of the sort, “just” a regular dude standing next to a beautiful woman. Your remarks on her additional use of make up and styling only reinforce that.
…I do stand by the Ryan Seacrest Cabana boy remark. lol. Adding a tan, enhanced jawline w/manicured stubble beard is just amusing. He a good looking dude w/out it but now he looks like he admirably provides drinks poolside.
But he has a good jawline and a tan and a manicured beard in his headshot. That is him. That is how he looks. I don't think he has actually thinks he is ugly and needs to bow down and be photoshopped to stand next to his gorgeous wife who is so much better looking than he is. He just doesn't think it is a good picture of him. It isn't about comparing attractiveness levels.
