HELP!

I have this problem in photoshop whenever i try to do any effect from filter gallery it makes my layer or image go whole red black or white what do do for this

Without seeing a screen shot showing the problem, my wild assed guess is that you are experiencing what most of the problem posts tend to be: not setting your foreground and background swatches in the toolbar to the default black and white before going to the filter gallery.

If this isn't the problem, then you might be having trouble from your graphics processor.

Sorry my apologies i would provide a screenshot but let me tell you like any jpeg png or any image format i just open in photoshop and as i apply filters on it it goes red white or black Tho i use hp victus i7 with rtx 3050 and 16 gigs so like idk graphics is not the problem

Have you assured that the swatches are foreground black and background white?

If so, have you assured that your GPU drivers are up to date?

I am kinda new to this so i will provide you with 3 screen shots tho i have updated my gpu drivers

This is the result of using the stamp filter and the grain filter from Filter Gallery when my foreground color was white and the background color was black.

This is what it looked like in the Filter Gallery. I'd chosen the stamp filter first, then the grain filter.

This is the result when the foreground color is black and the background color is white.

Many of the filters base their effect upon the foreground and background color swatches in the toolbar.
