Republicans clearly don't care about the Constitution or Democracy. They see Russia and think, "Authoritarian regimes look pretty good to me! I can get behind brutally owning the libs so hard that they fear for their lives."

But they are morons. However bad the US had become by being captured by corporate interests, it was still significantly better than Russia.

In 2022 median US wages were 50% higher than in Russia and the purchasing power in Russia was 30x worse than in the US.

Republicans don't understand that owning the libs comes with a high price.
