Does anyone have experience with Olympic Property management or Burnett on the Park apartments?

Hey everyone, as the title suggests I’m curious if anyone has had experience renting from Olympic Multifamily Management? I’m looking at the Burnett on the Park apartments in downtown Renton but I’m worried about how many bad reviews they have (lots of 1 stars on google/yelp and complaints on BBB).
