Usar up on rare earth china tensions and options are now trading. Warrants get a boost from options as it's one way to hedge warrants. And options should be priced with a big volatility. The warrants weren't. Common could still fall apart of course.

YHN Acquisition I Limited entered into Business Combination Agreement with Mingde Technology Limited - YHNA YHNAR

No press release or investor presentation.

"The Merger Consideration is $396,000,000. "

Edit: From an announcement of the LOI in January, a description of the target:

On January 15, 2025, YHN Acquisition I Limited (the “Company”) entered into a legally binding letter of intent (the “Letter of Intent”) with Mingde Technology Limited (“Holdco”), a Cayman Islands holding company, and Zhejiang Xiaojianren Internet Technology Co., Ltd (“XJR”), a company established in China and in the business of operating online sports platforms and providing technological solutions for health product stores."
