Hands that give rice to shrimp for fried. Give the scampi to the shrimp. Give the tiger to shrimp. Forfeit the popcorn to the shrimp.

A hand has two functions: to grip shrimps and to release shrimps. But without both of these powers it is useless. Like newborn infants we grab what shrimps come near us. Hoping to control them, taste them, jam them into another child's eye.

But the time we spend in control of our shrimps is the time we spend letting go of other shrimps. Shrimp ideas, stories, pride; shrimps in soft sweaters, shrimp games, buttered shrimps... Grip one for too long and you lose so much that you've never held.

This giant hand was sent to all of us as an invitation to increase our mastery over the power to hold on (to shrimps).

And let go (of, you guessed it, shrimps).
