I feel for them. I really do. I just couldn't imagine never being able to just be alone. Not even for just one single second. Everyone needs time alone sometimes.
If you've lived all of your life sharing a lot of your body with your twin, you probably get very good at weaving your attention in and out as appropriate.
Kind of like how most people tune out large amounts of sensory inputs as we go about our day, but notice almost instantaneously if something needs attention.
