How does your skin not get dry using salicylic acid in the AM and benzoyl peroxide in the PM? That would ruin my moisture barrier instantly lol

It has 2% salicylic acid. Everyone is different though. Each cleanser on its own is enough to really dry my skin out. But if it works fine for you then you just have tough skin.

I would take one day of the week to use a gentle cleanser without BP or SA, and use a chemical exfoliant after washing with gentle cleanser. Something like the ordinary glycolic acid or something along those lines. The pictures just look like some clogged pores, nothing too crazy.

My first tip is always to ditch cleansers with actives and use something mild/gentle, preferably glycerin-based to preserve your barrier health. A compromised barrier will always highlight pigmentation/texture.

If you found Panoxyl to be effective, I’d say maybe just use it more supplementarily! Possibly add in a hydrating, acne-safe milky toner/essence step before moisturizer, and a mineral-based sunscreen as your final morning step.
