Saw this on the highway. Does anyone know what it means?

Oh man, I hope we don’t end up with a historical phrase for today’s date. I doubt you’re advocating violence or failure of the peaceful protest’s aims because most people know the phrase without knowing the history.

For context, this phrase references “Guy Fawkes Night”. According to Wiki he was part of the Gunpowder Plot. Guy Fawkes was arrested while guarding explosives placed beneath the House of Lords in an attempt by persecuted Roman Catholics to assassinate Protestant king James I (the first). The plot failed and every Nov. 5th is a celebration of that failure.
