Repost The reason Scarrif is called Scarrif is because, when the director Gareth Edwards went to a Starbucks and they asked him for his name he said Gareth but the person heard Scarrif and after realizing they spelt his name wrong he realized it sounds pretty Star Wars so he named the planet Scarrif
