Plausible deniability loophole: does anywhere on his sites contain any kind of disclaimer that he posts for entertainment, only?

Is there any other kind of disclaimer attached to his posting? I'm asking because I'm wondering how there are people allowing him to have access to kids.

Not that I’ve ever noticed but I’ve been banned from his FB for a while now. 😂😂😂

So one day after I make this post here he starts talking about how he's got strict parameters for drug use and doesn't do it around the kids. Feel like I gave him the idea to say that. Also I absolutely don't believe him. Also, considering he literally is posting his kids faces online even on the days when he's not high directly in front of them, there's always going to be the internet to help his kids see their dad high.
