I’m sure Skeevie will hop on the witch hunt bandwagon to defend his “friend”. After all, they got sober together (they didn’t)

Just saw that. I’m honestly bummed because I used to think he was hilarious in his acting career. I didn’t care so much for his topics when he became a Joe Rogan wannabe, but that man genuinely made me laugh at a time when I needed it. Wonder what Skeevens take will be (other than the obvious of defending the indefensible. 🙄)

Its always jarring to be reminded, that rapists can be smart, charming and witty...and even likeable.

My opinion of Brand has waned in maturity but I at one time , thought he was charming and intelligent. Unfortunately those attributes get heavily overshadowed by other behaviors. Also Brand is the exact kind of man who's image has been greatly enhanced or legitimized by who he has dated.

Jimmy Saville and Rolf Harris gave the charming and witty persona in public. The same people currently defending Brand on his FB are the same people who are enraged by the aforementioned, and Saville was never even charged with anything. It doesn’t make sense. I suppose, in their eyes, rape is ok as long as it’s not kids

Or that they can so successfully get away with this shit for DECADES if not their whole lives before they face anything remotely resembling consequences. I’m just sad, he was genuinely funny as hell to me back in the day but I can’t even look at him now without cringing in disgust.
