Help with king shocks

I got these king shocks with internal resivoir and am confused about ride height. How can I get there to lift my truck higher to level it out. I’m going to upgrade control arms when I lift it more aswell.

Unload your suspension and screw the collar, that the top of the spring rests on, down lower to lift the truck

Some times they're set screwed in place or the shocks may come with a "special wrench" to make it easier

Probably just make the ride stiffer and shittier though

Thanks I have a tool for it, just wanted to see what people had to think because I wasn’t sure if it was made to done that much
