Yes, please get it checked OP. When cats regularly have their ears in this oddly cast position it's usually because of an infection of some kind.

I saw another one earlier this week. Everyone was like "airplane ears" or, "oooh, he's mad" and all I could think was ear mites.

Ugh. It's ridiculous how prevalent this kind of content is; worse is the only people calling it out are always at the bottom of the comments (if anywhere).

I'm glad this OP was receptive, usually not the case.

The 'super model strutting' cat recently was bad. Hopefully, it was a pregnant cat on the streets rather than one with neurological issues.
