Bru was the first pet I had as an adult. I didn’t think I’d lose him this soon in my early 20s. He always knew how to bring me joy or make me laugh. He had extensive, irreversible kidney damage. His vet said he was probably genetically predisposed. Let it be known that he was cherished everyday, and I lived to spoil him. He was my handsome and he is already desperately missed. rest in peace bru bru. 💔

I’m so sorry. I keep photos off all my kitties, even the ones who have passed on, as my rotating wall paper on my phone. I still get to see their sweet faces every day. It helps. I also made photo books with stories about them.

I do the same!! My Lock Screen is still my kitty that passed last Halloween. It’s so hard and the only thing that made me feel better is when I rescued another kitten and spoiled her rotten ❤️

Yes, that has always been the only thing that has helped me feel better after losing one of my beloved cats. Now I have room to rescue another. They are all different, with different personalities, but still all wonderful.
