Ulpt request; documentation for missed court due to hospital stay

So I missed court and I told them that it was because I was in the hospital for a few days (I was, but not that exact day - honestly just forgot) and now they’re wanting documentation.. anyone know how I can go about getting something like this? Willing to pay for it if necessary
