ULPT Request how do I make as much money as possible within a day

I genuinely don't know the answer Im just looking for anything I could get, I'm currently the only one bringing money in for my family but l'm also struggling to find a decent job, I try a bunch of Minijobs but it clearly doesn't pay for everything like rent, food, dogfood. Thought about donating anything from my body for some cash but sadly I'm a pale and weak mf and would probably collapse. Got to the point where I'm just desperate and would do anything, onlyfans but that's not gonna happen overnight and I'm not the best looking, begging, sold a bunch of stuff. Really just miserable

So this is how robbing people starts.

My miserable situation is not a reason to make somebody else experience a miserable situation

Then I think it's time for that other thing you've been postponing. Get cleaned up, don't overdue with makeup and go out to a bar and look for single 'loser looking' guys or older guys.

Why is the rest of your family not hustling as well?

Edit: Amazon in the warehouse around me is always hiring any warm body and starts $26 hr full benefits

I live with my grandma and mom, both struggle with health, the money my grandma gets from her retirement is helping pay the rent but doesn’t cover it completely, my mom just lost her job and is also looking for a new one but she keeps having a bunch of health issues which is why most of the time she lays in bed with terrible pain

Have her start the process for disability and go get government assistance.

Government is a joke her, they were ready to put my grandma into a home for homeless people because by herself she wouldn’t be able to pay rent or anything at all, we were there countless times but somehow they don’t want to help us, maybe we don’t understand enough here but from what I’ve experienced you can only count on yourself

You can become a live-in caregiver for your grandmother through your state. Look up some home caregiver services in your area or through your state/city and ask them about it they can walk you through the process. You MAY be able to do it for your mother also since she is having health problems if they are serious enough

26? That seems awfully generous of Amazon. When I looked at recent job listing's, I would see random Amazon warehouses ads that mostly seem to pay only $17-18 an hour for most of the warehouse positions listed.

Edit: This is in Los Angeles, too btw.

Go to a temp agency

This is probably the answer, temps make about 1.5X what a standard employee does.

Interesting, but how so? Don't the temp agencies take a few dollars an hour cut out of what an employee would make if they worked directly for a given company?

Temps are expensive, if you pay $30ph for an employee a temp will be $65 because you NEED them

Interesting, temps made less than regular employees when I worked somewhere with a ton of temps

I checked, it’s Saturday, they are closed here sadly

Sorry for your situation. Could you try going to a better-off area where you live (but not ridiculous mansions), knocking on doors and politely explaining your situation, and offering to do any odd jobs they might have (clearing garden etc). Look clean and presentable. If you get lucky they may have neighbours who need something doing and recommend you. It might not work out but could be worth a shot? Think of what would be a good per-hour cost that those people would think "yeah that's a good deal for something I can't be bothered to do" but also would be worth your time (as you could be spending this time looking for an actual job).

I've been hearing this is a good handyman service selling. hundreds per hour. You get ten "no's" then one "yes".

A female could do door-to-door household chores offering: cleaning, shopping, organizing.

Hookin is the answer. 20 bucks is 20 bucks after all. Every hole is a goal.

Im 20 and have no experience at all, also not a very good looking one so how do I go about it?

Local truck stop is a good place to start. Or Craigslist. Craig is a hell of a fella.

Edit: don't listen to me. I'm a drunken idiot.

Craigslist is not a thing where I live

If you’re a woman I have a few suggestions. If you’re a man and you REALLY need the money you can ask the lady’s. You won’t be as popular though

1

u/[deleted] 12h ago

What suggestions? I’m thankful for every little idea I get

Do ANYTHING. Show up on a street corner “looking for work” no handouts. Change the attitude. I’m feeling a looking for handout vibe.

Go business to business asking for jobs. Get a lawnmower and hit the streets. Go volunteer and make a connection, telling people your story. Go to a church and ask. Reduce expenses.

I have to be honest… you family is going to have to have you gone for extended periods of time to work.

Sex work is going to be a frequent recommendation because as a woman you can make as much money as you’re willing to “work” for.

As that’s not really feasible for the general public, stealing is the next best option. Collectibles are a great place to start— pokemon card packs, magic the gathering packs, Lorcana, whatever, you can turn around and sell packs to a good many second hand shops for cards/collectibles or advertise them for slightly lower than what the in store costs are.

If you’re more of a risk taker, don’t even sell the packs 🤷🏻‍♂️ play the lottery and risk it for the biscuit: open the packs and hope for a minty card that’s worth cash and go sell that to a second hand shop.
