Good for him. Although the pizza looks spectacularly ordinary just from the sight test. I'm confused what makes it best in the world 😅

A good neopolitan pizza is about minimalism. Of course it's a a great base and anything can be added to it, but normally it's about enjoying the base ingredients without all the competing flavors from other pimped out styles.
While this version is so basic but can be used for most everything, I believe there is even a certification that one can earn in Italy JUST for this one style, usually signifying that it's from a professional and that anything you order from them should have that level of quality.
Not all books can be judged by their cover, I guess.

Pizza n900 are quite good, but I wouldn’t sah they’re the best even in Montreal. But there is a good selection of great pizza here.
