REQUEST How can I fix this office chair cushion?

Iā€™m trying to help someone fix their office chair. The rips are pretty large and the fabric in that area is getting thin so Iā€™m not sure where to start. Any advice or ideas are appreciated!

You could do a blanket stitch to attach another square of fabric. Then, for Art sake add another. So it looks like framed art

Because it's a seat, it needs to be tight. If you can remove the bottom and add a mew cover, that'd be best. Otherwise, I'd use tenacious tape or such, a large piece. šŸ––
