I find it entertaining that a group of people living in a house who get so drunk they can't ascend/descend stairs, would put up a camera to document their inebriated ineptitude.

Instead of buying a railing.

u/mebrasshand 9d ago

Or some pants

u/AlanWardrobe 9d ago

Why is nobody wearing any pants?

255

u/Icanthearforshit 9d ago

Let's not get hung up on the wrong things.

154

u/redthump 8d ago

I wear pants specifically so I don't get hung up on the wrong things.

3

u/LameBMX 8d ago

wait. you can get hing up on things? nice humblebrag bruh

67

u/hyperspacezaddy 9d ago

Thank you for the very thorough laugh.

2

u/CrownedHeads 7d ago

My god I’m high and laughing my ass off

1

u/OnceUponACrimeScene 4d ago

I am not high but laughing like a hyena

2

u/NervousAddie 8d ago

Let’s not get caught up on the thong wrings either.

22

u/kirby056 8d ago

Finns? Kalsarikännit ("pants drunk") is part of their national cultural identity, and it's basically getting drunk at your house in your underwear.

2

u/honestabefroman 7d ago

How has nobody ever told me this????

BRB, off to Finland, don't wait up.

17

u/frammelpie 9d ago

Who's got time to buy pants when there's alcohol to purchase?

1

u/PrizeEnthusiasm3418 5d ago

But don't you have to wear pants to go out and purchase the alcohol?

1

u/frammelpie 4d ago

Walmart delivery 🍻

4

u/scuzzle-butt 8d ago

Who wears pants at home?

2

u/WonkyWalkingWizard 9d ago

Louis C.K. burned them all

2

u/2M4D 9d ago

Why should they wear pants ?

1

u/TorpleFunder 7d ago

Who are you? The pants police?

172

u/martialar 9d ago

I'm afraid they'd somehow strangle themselves if they tried to put on pants

61

u/IStubbedMyToeOnASock 9d ago

This is the catastrophe.

3

u/Rich-Canary1279 8d ago

Or some shirts, or closed toed shoes. A lot of road rashes could be avoided if they were wearing proper safety gear!

2

u/badgerj 9d ago

Pants are over rated! 🤣🤣🤣

2

u/SoupieLC 9d ago

Pants cost extra

134

u/GhOsT_wRiTeR_XVI 9d ago

A railing? In this economy?!?

57

u/s1ckopsycho 9d ago

Many people make a great living from a railing.

15

u/waytosoon 9d ago

I walked into that toom and said WOW! That's a great railing. Nobody makes as good of a living as that railing.

1

u/SnooPets8972 8d ago

😂😂🤣

3

u/EffortTemporary6389 8d ago

A railing would cut too deeply into their booze budget.

1

u/PrizeEnthusiasm3418 5d ago

I was thinking the same. How dare people think that we have the money to purchase a freaking railing for some stairs. We have more important things to buy!

37

u/Eymrich 9d ago

They probably broke the railing multiple times

118

u/Chickenpoopohmy 9d ago

Bet there USED to be one, we see now why there isn’t one there now ;)

140

u/Bladelink 9d ago

That dude bowled over an entire refrigerator like it was a thing to do. A little piece of shit railing wouldn't last 5 minutes.

32

u/El_Douglador 9d ago

Based on the other one's reaction, that must be where they keep the vodka

26

u/emmadilemma 9d ago

I thought it was a refrigerator too but on second and third look it was just a cabinet.

14

u/randynumbergenerator 9d ago

Filming and posting this is how they'll afford the railing... orrr they'll just blow it on more vodka

3

u/PrivilegeCheckmate 9d ago

Do you have any idea how many vodka bottles a railing costs?

1

u/mwilkens 8d ago

About the same as a camera??

3

u/capodecina2 9d ago

Then they would just be leaning all day.

3

u/Funkeydote 8d ago

We don't like good ideas around here.

2

u/Hooddub1 9d ago

Or make it a ramp

2

u/Lego_Architect 9d ago

This is how they plan on funding the railing.

107

u/twoshovels 9d ago

If I remember correctly they are drunk Russians.

82

u/beaushaw 9d ago

What percent of r/WTF can be explained with "drunk Russians"?

11

u/ShannieD 8d ago

Every percent.

2

u/Sher5e 8d ago

That sounds like a drink 🤣

7

u/Oso_Furioso 9d ago

Is there another kind?

2

u/Embarrassed_Band_512 8d ago

that's a little redundant, innit?

1

u/Classic_Ganache_6137 8d ago

Yes this is correct. These clips have been a PSA for not drinking and stair climbing/descending for a bit now.

1

u/Ordinary_Cattle 8d ago

I love how I can automatically tell that this is a Russian video. Everything about this screams Russian but I can't actually put my finger on what exactly about this is Russian

1

u/dottegirl59 8d ago

It all makes sense now

132

u/ChuvstvoIumora 9d ago edited 9d ago

Looks like some trash-streamers, you can hear the donationalerts voice

edit: found out it was a reality show, not much change :)

66

u/chamy1039 9d ago

How I knew they were Russian before I knew they’re Russian.

4

u/BankshotMcG 8d ago

Same. I was like "I don't know a lot, but I know these are Russians with substance problems."

3

u/lefiath 9d ago

Drinking vodka at early age makes your head more rectangular.

1

u/DerKeksinator 4d ago

Sounds about right, seems to be like big brother but with more vodka. I won't lie, I'd watch it.

3

u/relic1882 9d ago

A friend of mine got drunk when we were in high school when he visited someone else's place. He tried to convince me that it was a lot of fun and one of the things he said that was fun was they fell down the steps. This is why I don't get drunk.

2

u/gunawa 9d ago

Just to solve hangover accusations, I assume. my question is why don't they put up a big railing for🤬sakes

2

u/StainedTeabag 9d ago

Russians

2

u/onist 9d ago

The camera is surely an evil nephew doing. That's definitely what I would do

2

u/SolidDoctor 9d ago

And they have two cameras, one on each side! (Unless someone moved the camera for the second perspective.)

1

u/houVanHaring 9d ago

I think i remember an old post that it was a reality show

1

u/eustrabirbeonne 9d ago

Russian Big Brother

1

u/jjjjjunit 9d ago

More like their inbred ineptitude

1

u/mabirm 9d ago

Halfway house

1

u/NoLipsForAnybody 9d ago

I think there's a lot more than alcohol being consumed here.

1

u/optom 9d ago

TWO cameras!

1

u/TurnkeyLurker 9d ago

I tried to say "inebriated ineptitude" and now I think I'm drunk.

1

u/laddergoatperp 9d ago

inebriated ineptitude.

Can't remember the last time I learned a new word and you just taught me two!

1

u/aykay55 8d ago

I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that the house is built on an angle

1

u/SolidDoctor 8d ago

I was thinking, maybe they're on a boat in the ocean.

1

u/Zentienty 6d ago

This was beautifully worded

Maybe they have insurance and send a live feed to the insurance company so they can mail them compensation after each incident without them having to actually apply for it.
