The law that allows the president to do this needs to be repealed… it was only added after ww2. Congress is the only one that has the ability to set tariffs according to the constitution.

Well, if it keeps going down then i just keep my money in a short position.

Basically, if I buy a short position contract when bitcoin is at 100,000 dollars, then bitcoin drops down to 1$ ... we'll, I just made 99,999 dollars. It's hard to believe kinda but as long as I can buy a bitcoin for a lesser price than what I bought the short contract for, I make the difference in profit.
