They're not confusing anyone with the name. Republicans are such racist shitbags they associate that name with general Middle-Eastern terrorists, that's why they go out of their way to use it. They don't literally think he's Saddam or related. If his middle name were Mohammad it would be no different.

All it took for Snowden to expose all that illegal surveillance was walking out the door with a laptop. The most pathetic thing about them is the insane conspiracy theories they believe yet they just clock into work and lick boots and go about their life doing nothing at all about these, again, insane things they believe are happening.
