I’m no MAGA person but blaming short term fluctuations in the market on political party is not usually a winning position over the long run.

There is a difference between fluctuations and all time lows in the market

The stock market is barely in correction territory?

Which is defined by what 8-10% decrease? That’s pretty damn massive if you ask me

The stock market drops 20-30% historically almost every 2-3 years on average. You are entitled to your opinions - no matter how uneducated. Maybe pull up a chart of the S&P and zoom out and try to learn from history instead of spouting nonsense.

So as soon as he took the reigns from an economy that was doing really well then all of a sudden we have multiple historic lows but that’s because of standard drops in the economy that just randomly happen every 2-3 years?? 🤣 “uneducated”

What are these multiple historic lows? I’m so confused.

DOW, S&P500, NASDAQ. Have all seen the most consecutive days with certain percentage losses in the last 20 years

I didn’t vote for Trump dude. I’m just stating historic facts about how often the stock market drops periodically and typically how far. I shouldn’t be arguing with gamblers in Wall Street bets anyways.

I understand that there are always going to be dips in the economy but it isn’t a coincidence that as soon as he took office and started talking about/ exposing tariffs we have seen multiple days of 500+ points in decrease

I’m fine with that thesis, but freaking out about a 9% correction is foolish. That’s all I’m saying. In fact 9% is literally nothing compared to history. It happens all the time.
