I'm actually starting to enjoy this. The blue wave is going to last 50 years next time.

u/NeoMaxiZoomDweebean 1d ago

Bold of you to assume there will be anymore on fair elections

39

u/13Kaniva 1d ago

They better have that robot army cocked and loaded...

18

u/Combatical 1d ago

Or just send a storm..

For anyone out of the loop, they legitimately said the dems were controlling the weather and sending storms to certain areas.

10

u/spacexorro 1d ago

The space lasers cause the storms duh.

4

u/Liatin11 1d ago

i love me them jewish space lasers

u/kmoney1984 1d ago

I used to work for a guy who legit believed this and the pizza shop pedophile ring, and all the other complete nutbar shit. This guy was generally pretty smart and a made probably close to a 7 figure salary. My mind still can't reconcile how that's possible.

1

u/StevenWithaPH96 1d ago

My uncle is a magtard and he belived that the wildfires in LA were caused by space lazers and the houses that didnt burn down had blue roofs so the lazer knew who not to target. This is one of the tamer theories he has, I can feel my 2 last brain cells fighting for life when he talks

1

u/PloppyPants9000 20h ago

its totally real, I saw it for myself last night on that new documentary on netflix called “Geostorm”.

1

u/Federal-Instigator-9 19h ago

JFC you KNOW some Magatard thinks it is a documentary too.

"SEE! SEE! MTG WAS RIGHT! JEWISH SPACE LAZERS FROZE AFRICA AND BOILED KOREA MA!"

1

u/Ghede 1d ago

They do, but the robot army can be defeated with a well placed branch.

Elon says he'll have that fixed in 6 months. Once they get more training data from the battlefield.

The rest of the world won’t hold the Dems responsible for Trump. You can see it in Europes targeted tariffs towards red states/industries.

1

u/saintsulpice 1d ago

Mistrust is blind.

1

u/vsmack 1d ago

This time last year I would have said such talk was hysterical scaremongering, but I'm not sure anymore. The impunity with which they're doing whatever they want really makes me think it's possible they'll either shut it all down on some pretense or completely rig it.

1

u/NeoMaxiZoomDweebean 1d ago

They will get rid of term limits like Putin.

Here is an easy way to look at Trump.

WWPD

What would Putin do?

1

u/Galacticwave98 1d ago

Americans roll over real quick when faced with literally any adversity.

1

u/-6h0st- 1d ago

Precisely, they do that cause they know they rig them properly now. They don’t give two fucks about anyone but themselves

-8

u/IH8RdtApp 1d ago

Too many citizens own guns in that country to steal away democracy.

12

u/CptnWaffles 1d ago

You can't actually believe that, when half the country agrees with the government and military there is no hope that the other half can win, this has been a long held delusion by people that gun rights have anything to do with "stopping tyranny." It's just empty politics.

3

u/AlleneYanlar 1d ago

A lot of the non MAGA republicans are turning very quickly now that their 401ks are losing literally 10s of thousands of dollars a day.

7

u/Chartreugz 1d ago

This is the biggest delusion of the leftists nowadays. Everyone is self-soothing by telling themselves "surely THIS will be the line that Trump crosses and finally the MAGA will turn on him" every day since his election and nearly every other week up during his campaign, and every month leading up to the campaign, and every...

They know. They aren't misinformed, they know what he's doing and what it will cost them. They have given themselves to Trump, there is no line he can cross that will turn them back. Trump knows it, they know it, it's only the left that chooses not to see it.

All these little lies we tell, that they'll finally wake up and smell the ashes, are just to make ourselves feel a little better and more secure. We're willfully putting blindfolds on ourselves to avoid seeing the truth because it is incredibly uncomfortable. So we're marching right alongside MAGA, claiming we're going the opposite direction while they drag us forward off a cliff.

2

u/AlleneYanlar 1d ago

The senate is already voting against tariffs in open defiance of Trump. Fucking with Wallstreet’s money is a very fast way to get strong opposition.

2

u/Big_Dick_NRG 1d ago

The senate isn't doing shit. It was performance art because they knew the house would never bring it up for vote.

Doing something would be 20 of them voting against instead of 4.

1

u/New_Bad_5291 1d ago

It's the usual McConnell non MAGA Republicans voting against them as they've done with other Trump policies before. Don't kid yourself into thinking any actual MAGA politicians went against their dear leader.

1

u/AlleneYanlar 1d ago

MAGA politicians sure will be less likely to budge. McConnell held the senate in his palm for many years. He still has allies.

4

u/krazykarlsig 1d ago

What is a non Maga Republican?

0

u/ODSTklecc 1d ago

They exist, alot of them, who are learning that their vote to change the status qou was a big oopsy

1

u/Low-Cantaloupe-8446 1d ago

93% voted for trump.

1

u/ODSTklecc 1d ago

93% of what? Are you even talking to me? Or the voices in your head?

1

u/Low-Cantaloupe-8446 1d ago

Let’s use our context clues here. 93% of republicans who voted selected Donald trump. The republican party is the MAGA party.

1

u/CptnWaffles 1d ago

They gleefully reject reality and this will not change. Donald Trump could literally shit in their mouth live on air and they'd thank him and blame Biden.

I have 0 hope of any republican doing anything ever other than bending over and taking their punishment from daddy and thanking him for the opportunity.

1

u/Yuwu60 1d ago

Excuse me, i am italian, can you explain me what is this 401ks that are losing? I understand is relating stock market, but specifically ?

2

u/AlleneYanlar 1d ago

Most white collar and some blue collar Americans plan for retirement by investing a part of their monthly pay into an account named a 401k which is invested in the stock market and government bonds. When the market tanks hard, it hurts people in their 50-60s because it messes with their retirement planning.

2

u/Yuwu60 1d ago

Oh my god! Now I understand. Poor folks…Thank you.

2

u/FromThePits 1d ago

401K = US retirement fund

1

u/Yuwu60 1d ago

Thank you, now I understand, it is terrible.

1

u/iamtherussianspy 1d ago

The vast majority of the guns are in the hands of people who never read the constitution beyond the second half of the second amendment and will actively celebrate any unconstitutional act while mumbling "the USA is a republic, not a democracy"

1

u/Combatical 1d ago

The wrong ones.

This isnt an antigun statement, I own guns. Its a statement that the vast majority of magas own guns over the opposition and not just a few. Like a shit ton.

24

u/zen_and_artof_chaos 1d ago

That's what we said after his first term.

3

u/CrumbsAndCarrots 1d ago

And just think. He got a 2nd term because eggs and gas went up as they did all around the world. Voters are idiots and don’t pay attention to actual details of how and why things are the way they are.

Did I like expensive gas and inflation? No. Did I acknowledge that the world just went through a catastrophic shift in the supply chain because of a devastating pandemic.. and that shit takes time to correct?

Republicans: inflation and these prices are all Biden’s fault. His regulations make everything more expensive.. we’re gonna gut those regulations and make everything cheap.

Idiots: yay! That’s exactly how things work! We’ll vote for you because we have the memory of a goldfish and don’t pay attention to world affairs!

5

u/heroic_cat 1d ago

He's running for an unconstitutional third term, and recently put out an EO to illegally take over state voter registration and counting processes. The federal legislature is also in the process of passing a law that will severely limit married women from voting (or anyone who has ever changed their name), and require proof of citizenship to register while restricting what counts as proof to more expensive federal docs.

1

u/NamelessFlames 1d ago

Last term he didn’t fuck the economy. Last time lead to fdrs 13 year reich, so who knows where this one goes

5

u/Geruvah 1d ago

Did we forget how the pandemic happened and he demonized the actual CDC and so it took way longer for us to get out of it which took years for economic recovery?

1

u/NamelessFlames 1d ago

yeah but that was blamed on Biden so politically it didn’t really matter

1

u/Geruvah 1d ago

He’s doing that now. And we’ll tank so hard that it’ll be up to whoever’s next to try and rebuild and all voters are going to think about is “why are things still bad?” Expecting things to magically get back to normal

1

u/BigBossJelly 1d ago

I'm pretty sure he caused a stock crash last time too

1

u/Mucay 22h ago

Yeah, the 2008 recession was caused by republicans

Only lasted 2 elections w Obama, and Republicans w Trump got elected again in 2016

14

u/SevereEducation2170 1d ago

If it comes it'll last two years because too many voters have zero attention span and are uninformed fools. We literally elected a twice impeached convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, and blatant pathological liar 4 years after kicking him out because grocery prices were too high.

6

u/Common-Swing-4347 1d ago

I think that is what the other party should focus on then. Stop with the bull identity politics and start focusing on the large majority 's struggles with actual plans. Maybe even start speaking at a 6th grade comprehension to win over the common folk. Before assumptions are made, I vote straight blue because I'm not a fricken retard.

2

u/KaleidoscopeOk399 1d ago

yeah shift more rightward, that’ll work!

3

u/Common-Swing-4347 1d ago

I didn't say shift to the right. I said speak to the common person and focus on the issues they live daily. Why was the focus on Project 2025 when 50% couldn't be bothered to pick up a single book in a given year? I get P2025 was laying out the guardrails for the conservative agenda, but we need a party that'll fight class warfare and not a culture warfare.

5

u/KaleidoscopeOk399 1d ago

That’s literally what they did. Kamala barely mentioned trans people but people are pretending that democrats ran on trans rights because that’s what republicans said they did. Republicans run on culture war, it’s all they have. But they have an immense propaganda outlet so they can deceive people into pretending democrats are running on totally different stuff than they even talk about. And the P2025 stuff was real and right, so I don’t really know how to address that. I mean it was true.

3

u/Common-Swing-4347 1d ago

Yeah, you do have a good point. I think they were handed a bad hand and people's complacency did not help. It is almost as if people beg to have economic catastrophes now. I was trying to explain tariffs to people at a table and they all acted like those wouldn't apply to them. At least I can be right while my portfolio gets fucked.

2

u/Kromgar 1d ago

"I only buy american!"

WELL GOOD FUCKING LUCK YOU KNOW PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA USE MATERIALS OUTSIDE OF THE USA, RIGHT? YOU KNOW THAT RIGHT?!

1

u/SevereEducation2170 1d ago

I don't disagree, they absolutely need to change their garbage tactics.

1

u/Just_enough76 1d ago

Why do that when democrats can just shift more to the right to try to attract more republican voters? It’s what they did last time and they very obviously didn’t learn their fucking lesson.

1

u/ImBanned_ModsBlow 1d ago

Facts, right now I care about housing costs and early parenthood as I’m nearing my mid thirties with our wedding in the rear-view mirror. Identity issues don’t mean anything to my immediate future, and truth be told all the women and minorities saying white men like me are the cause of society’s problems ain’t helping either.

Gotta be honest, half the shit coming out of Democrats mouths these days straight up condones lawlessness or champions censorship, and another quarter is stupid ideas that barely have 30% public support. They gotta pull it together and come up with a winning message on immigration, the economy, and labor/parental rights if they want to win over middle class folks just trying to provide for their family.

1

u/Outrageous_Setting41 1d ago

all the women and minorities saying white men like me are the cause of society’s problems ain’t helping either

Is this happening in real life? Or is it r/asablackman shit? Because I have never seen anyone speak as disrespectfully to and about men as right wing manosphere guys, and yet I don't see anywhere near the backlash against them for it?

3

u/Situationlol 1d ago

not how it works. economy tanking is just another reason to blame haitians or mexicans. we're a country of stupid, irrational, unserious people.

1

u/Ok-Entertainment8260 1d ago

No it wont lol. Fox news didn't exist back then. We are fucked.

1

u/bizbizbizllc 1d ago

Have you seen the right and centrist? They have such bad short term memory.

1

u/ghostbulletin 1d ago

It’s going to last 4 years and then another Trump-like candidate will be elected. Americans are literally retarded

1

u/Independent-Cow-4070 1d ago

Hopefully longer than 50 years

1

u/algxo123 1d ago

Hahahahaahahahahahaha remember losing the popular vote and the 20 million voters who didn't show up this past election?..... yeah totally gonna happen

1

u/Bullshitbanana 1d ago

I’m actively looking for a job rn and NOT enjoying this

1

u/AndrewH73333 1d ago

Really? Because in the past they say the Democrats didn’t fix the economy enough and start voting for Republicans again.

1

u/soggy-hotdog-vendor 1d ago

He killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and we reelected him four years later.

1

u/WaterPog 1d ago

I guarantee you this won't even change the perception that conservatives are good for the economy and markets. Call it amnesia, call it cognitive dissonance, call it dumb as fuck, but I'll be shocked if this creates anything more than a wave to give the house OR senate back to Dems in the midterms who will save Republicans from themselves and alllllll of this will be forgotten just like their attempt to overturn the results of the election.

1

u/Lazydude17 1d ago

nope, if we didn’t win this one it will be forever in question. People have the memory of goldfish, he was just as shit in the 2016 term

1

u/beepichu 1d ago

we just gotta make sure we educate everyone in those 50 years so this doesn’t happen again. once the boomers got into power they spent the next 30-40 years brainwashing the working class into thinking they don’t deserve better

1

u/behindgreeneyez 1d ago

American voters have incredibly short memories.

1

u/NoDeparture7996 1d ago

yup and well deserved. republicans completely showed their asses. and gas and groceries still arent cheaper.

1

u/4chanhasbettermods 1d ago

I'm pretty sure we heard similar nonsense in 2020. How about we make it to the next election cycle before declaring victory?

1

u/UnrecoveredSatellite 1d ago

I hope so, but we might not make it to the next election. The Mango Messiah is going scorched-earth on the American people.

1

u/WealthTomorrow0810 1d ago

Lol...you understand the avg critical thinking level of US is 6th grade right? People will forget this and elect him third time.

1

u/Future_Appeaser 1d ago

I still don't trust dems getting off their asses to vote even with this mess they'll think it will be all good and dandy from other people but won't put the effort in themselves.

1

u/Sigmundschadenfreude 1d ago

Voters have the memory of gold fish with severe traumatic brain injury

1

u/Mucay 22h ago

Yeah, 2008 recession was caused by republicans

Trump got elected in 2016

Silly to think at this point any color can responsibly run the United States
