Nausea and Headache

Looking for some advice. I just moved up to .5 dosage, the nausea and indigestion after I eat and non stop headache are brutal. Any thoughts on how to manage this? I am consciously trying to take smaller bites, eat slower and drink my water.

I have been on it since November but the scale has not moved dramatically but I feel less voluminous, does that make any sense?

I’ve noticed both of those symptoms are aggravated by what I eat and don’t eat.

What’s a day’s menu like for you?

This may not be the norm but I use a homeopathic remedy called Arsenicum - it comes in a blue plastic tube and you can get it at health food stores or at Whole Foods. The dose is 30cc and you take 5 of the little pellets. Don’t drink anything except water or eat anything for 10 minutes before or after. You can let them sit under your tongue or chew them- either is fine. If you don’t feel any relief within 15-20 minutes take a second dose.

I keep these little blue tubes everywhere. This helped me stop taking zofran which also causes constipation
