Thank you! I donā€™t have a specific number, but Iā€™d like to get below 200 and do more body recomp. I used to be a semi professional/college athlete, and I know getting back to that shape isnā€™t realistic, but Iā€™d like to get close to it

I was 105 before children and I KNOW that's not happening but I don't want that. I'm 5'4, small boned and will be extremely happy at 135-140. I've lost 60ish pounds in 19 months. First with Wegovy, and now titrating up to 15 mg on Zepbound. I'm at 166, about 35ish pounds to go, I'll be ecstatic!! I was a cheerleader Jr high through college and half miler Jr high through high school. So I know what I need to do, it's just getting my body to cooperate! Hormones play such an important roll in one's life as well. Best wishes!!
