Managed not to gain weight in a stressful week

This has been a hell of a week. We had a major ice storm last Saturday and my house didn't have power until last night. It was cold and my kids were cranky and I had to sleep with both of them for warmth, and they are both shaped like bags of baseball bats so sleep wasn't great. Nobody got to bathe. We ate takeout every day for every meal. I'm also in the middle of moving my small retail business so it's been a ton of packing, lugging and organizing while also not making any sales, and husband also couldn't work due to no power/internet (even cell service was down a lot). So it sucked. But as a small consolation prize in a šŸ’©show of a week, despite eating poorly and being stressed as hell, I didn't gain weight and even lost .2 lbs since I last weighed myself. So that's a win I guess.

This is a win! Great perspective! Iā€™m desperately trying to have the same perspective, less of a shit week, but Iā€™m on heavy pain meds and muscle relaxers now due to a spine injury and these are making the Wegovy feel less effective. It may not be correlated at all but itā€™s harder this week for sure. I didnā€™t gain from weigh in to weigh in and hate that I didnā€™t lose. So Iā€™m going to borrow your perspective and be happy I didnā€™t gain!
