A paleontologist can tell you how old these fossils are in like 15 minutes of just looking at it. Carbon dating doesn't work for anything that old and is also not necessary since there were dozens of known species of crinoids with distinct temporal ranges.

Carbon 14 dating maxes out at about 50000 years.

This is presumably a lot older.
