Keep finding my bedsheets stained with green little dots

Post image

i’ve been trying to find the answer for this for years. 1. I’m the only person who sleeps in this bed 2. I don’t eat or drink anything in my bedroom 3. I don’t have hair that is dyed or dyed green

I’ve also had these same exact splotches show up blue before too

MINOXIDIL UPDATE

I initially put an updated theory on here re minoxidil, yet speaking to OP they have only been using minoxidil for a matter of months - whereas the green staining has been for years.

The cat has been with OP for 10 years, I think a lot of evidence is pointing towards the cat.

When you have a cat, all the strange things can be traced back to them somehow.

Could if be green litter from the cats toes as it grooms itself at night?

I saw a UFO once, it was the cat.

My first thought before reading the breakdown was OP has a pet or a small child. It’s always a small creature. It’s the cat.

Shit, this needs more attention fer real! OP don't expose your cat if it cuddles or sleeps with you or on your bed alone.

When I used minoxidil, I applied it before bed and wore a hair cap. I applied in the morning immediately before leaving work (wore a visor) and kept my minoxidil, brush for applying it in a cabinet and washed up well.

It’s possible to be very safe with it which I hope OP is doing.

Would it be bad form for me to interject here with a hairy cat joke?

I've been getting laser treatments, you can stop bringing it up now

Oh wow, good to know! I take oral minoxidil now, but I used to use topical and my cat LOVES to try to eat my hair. Yikes.

Cat walks in fresh grass. Then walks on the sheets maybe?

Grass green is less blue-ish

Maybe it’s that banjo playing grass?

Could just be the camera shifting the color.

I thought Minoxidil was toxic to pets.

I would check the cat thoroughly for fleas. This looks kinda like flea poop

I'm thinking the cat litter. Pine litter can turn green once confronted with moisture. Kitty has some stuck in his/her toes hops on bed to groom, OP doesn't notice fragment pieces and goes to bed. Happens to all us cat owners. Just a theory 🤷.

I sometimes sleep with corn fragments from my dude's Grinch fur toesies and I don't even realize it, how he manages I haven't a clue because I make my bed every day! 🤦
