Its good to have evidence for any sort of insurance / warranty report, or to show the fixer what happened, or if you live in an apartment, proof of what happened & that it’s not your fault if they ask for stuff.

Yes a fire is an emergency, but this was not about to burn the house down. It’s always better to have documentation of something like this just in case

Facepalm. Another one who thinks it's better to videotape a burning dishwasher.

The video tells you absolutely nothing about the cause anyway. All it does show is that the person recording it is a dumbass.
