Well said. They won’t believe that point because to them the money motivates people or you will be recognized for it if ‘you’re good enough’ which is a falsehood.
Exactly! Capitalism is extremely flawed with corporations shifting the costs of externalities like pollution onto the public and giant companies constantly corrupting the government to the point where the government can no longer police them and can't do anything for the public good unless it benefits said corporations.
When the rule of law doesn't exist for the super rich then Capitalism will reward the most unethical and shameless among them because those who are willing to do anything without regard to who gets hurt will have an advantage over the competition.
It's time for humanity to realize a better economic system is possible. The Social Democracies of the Scandinavians has proven a better system is possible.
