I'll be that guy, but how abandoned is it if the lights are still on?

Back then, this lower level was used in passenger service for a shuttle train that ran back up and down up until May 1975 when it was discontinued due to low ridership and this lower level was abandoned and no longer in use for passengers but work trains do come through this area time to time.
