I’ve literally illegally parked in front of a dumpster to avoid it (sometimes Friday nights the CVS near my house is next to a gym and bar / restaurant so the parking gets jammed). Only time I ever remember parking in a handicap spot was to pick up a food order 20 feet from the spot that was already ready in a town sq instead of double parking and I was there all of 2 mins. My wife is disabled. When I see someone parked like this, I just park next to them and open my door into their car. I've done it with them sitting in it, and when they shout, "hey!, excuse me!". I just say, "What?" I'm parked in my spot. I needed out, call the cops if you don't like that," no one has.

I have 2 family members that have compromised immune systems and while they tried to avoid public outings during the whole covid outbreak, sometimes they had no choice. They masked up with proper fitting KN95's and had legit sanitizer. Unfortunately, some people just couldn't wrap their minds around the fact that they could spread covid easier by not wearing a mask couging, sneezing or just mouth breathing in a confined space.

Having said that, the two things that really emboldened inconsiderate, idiotic people were Covid and the Trump presidencies (racism, xenophobia, selfishness, etc.). I see it as a blessing in disguise though. Now I don't have to wonder. Most of the time they make it a point to out themselves.

Just wanted to point out that Teslas can literally park themselves, and usually do a pretty good job at it. Even if you don't pay for the auto drive, there is very high quality parking guidance on the giant screen on the dashboard that shows the lines clearly and has things turn red and chimes go off if you do a bad job. It draws you a picture of the parking space with your car in it. Turning lines indicate the path you'll take. It has every parking guidance feature known to man and if you still manage to fuck it up, the car screams at you the whole time.
